Get help

If you’re seeking support for yourself or your family, please head to the Client Space for more information about what to do when you arrive.

Please note:

We help people who hold refugee status or are in the asylum system. We can’t help with other Visa enquiries or about citizenship.

The Citizens Advice Bureau or Migrant Advocacy may be able to help if you’re not a refugee or asylum seeker.

Our services are for people in the Kingston borough. If you don’t live, work, or study here you wont be eligible to access the services that we offer, but there may be an organisation near you who can help.

If you are an organisation making a referral, please use this form.
