Get help
If you’re seeking support for yourself or your family, please head to the Client Space for more information about what to do when you arrive.
Please note:
We help people who hold refugee status or are in the asylum system. We cannot help with other Visa enquiries or about Citizenship. The Citizens Advice Bureau or Migrant Advocacy may be able to help if you are not a refugee or asylum seeker.
Our services are for people in the Kingston borough. If you do not live, work, or study here you will not be eligible to access the services that we offer, but there may be an organisation near you who can help.
